摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing inorganic spheroidized particles by which an average particle diameter of raw material powder is less changeable in a process of granulation and spheroidized particles having a target particle size distribution are obtained by one burner. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Coarse powder is fed into a first raw material supply passage 1A and fine powder is fed into a second raw material supply passage 6A of a diffusion type burner by conveying along with a carrier gas, and oxygen is bisected and supplied into a first oxygen supply passage 5A and a second oxygen supply passage 7A. Fuel gas is fed into a fuel supply passage 4A. The raw material powder of coarse particles is heated and fused in a range in which a dispersion volume is small and a flame temperature is high, and the raw material powder of fine particles is heated and fused in a range in which a dispersion volume is large and a flame temperature is low.
