PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game ball lifting/polishing device capable of reducing a replacement frequency of a cloth belt and a running cost by using the both faces of the cloth belt. SOLUTION: This game ball lifting/polishing device includes a sending section A sending a cloth belt 22 wound around a first winding shaft 23A to be used for polishing of game balls, and a winding section B inverting the front/back of the cloth belt 22 used for the polishing of the game balls and rewinding it around a second winding shaft 23B. When all of the cloth belt 22 used for the first polishing of the game balls is rewound around the second winding shaft 23B of the winding section B, the second winding shaft 23B along with the cloth belt 22 are replaced with the first winding shaft 23A and mounted on the sending section A, the first winding shaft 23A is mounted to the winding section B, and the cloth belt 22 wound around the second winding shaft 23B mounted to the sending section A is used for a second polishing of the game balls, thus using the both faces of the cloth belt 22.
