<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roof structure and roof members of an automobile, reducing the kinds of components, reducing the manufacturing cost, and reducing the labor necessary for the management of the components. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The roof structure includes a roof panel 1 having a panel part 2 with its width being gradually increased, and a pair of front and rear roof members 41, 42 stretched over both ends 11 in the vehicle width direction of a panel part 2. An edge 42T in the vehicle width direction of the other roof member 42 is inclined with respect to the vehicle longitudinal direction along an edge 2T in the vehicle width direction of the panel part 2. One roof member 41 formed in the same shape as the other roof member 42 is stretched over both ends 11 in the vehicle width direction of the panel part 2 with the right and left being reversed to those of the other roof member 42. An edge 41T in the vehicle width direction of one roof member 41 is inclined in the opposite direction of that of the edge 2T in the vehicle width direction of the panel part 2 in the vehicle longitudinal direction.
