<p>Modified polyolefin comprising 1-butene at least 80 wt.%, calculated by 1>3>C-NMR-spectroscopy, and an isotactic poly(1-butene)-triad at least 60 wt.%, relative to the total detected 1-butene triad and calculated by 1>3>C-NMR-spectroscopy, is claimed, where the polyolefin is grafted with one or more silane. Independent claims are included for: (1) a method for preparing the modified polyolefin comprising contacting the silane with at least one radical starter, where a grafting reaction of the silane takes place on the base polyolefin; and (2) a molding composition, protective composition, adhesive, sealant, marking composition, coating composition, sealing strips, roofing membranes, primer, primer formulation, adhesive formulation, dispersion, suspension and/or emulsion comprising the modified polyolefin.</p> |
