The present invention relates to image processing by using a statistic feature of a reference image. Provided is an image improving device including: a first image processing unit (120) and a second image processing unit (130) which receive an input image, receive a statistic feature of a differential image, generate a filter according to the statistic feature of the differential image received by the feature reception means, and apply the filter to the input image so as to generate an image subjected to filter processing; and an adder (140) which adds the image subjected to the filter processing to the input image so as to generate an output image. |
