PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent intrusion of water, dust, and the like into an electronic device resulting from the coming-off of the bottom of a female screw hole in the electronic device which a second apparatus is fitted in using a screw member. SOLUTION: A tripod stand is mounted on to a camera body 1 having a chassis 11 of a digital camera using a screw member. A mounting seat 3 made of resin for attaching the tripod stand is provided to the chassis 11. A female screw 31 for screwing the screw member is formed on the mounting seat 3, and a blocking part 34 for forming the bottom face 32 of the female screw 31 and the backside 33 of the mounting seat 3 is formed on the mounting seat 3 as well.
