PURPOSE: A screen print device and a screen printing method are provided to improve the height of a bump with a small number of printings and improve print efficiency by independently driving two squeegees. CONSTITUTION: A screen print device comprises a printing table(110), a mask(130), and a first and a second squeegee(140a,140b). A substrate(120) to be printed is mounted on a printing table. The mask is installed on the upper part of the printing table. The mask comprises openings. The first and the second squeegee push the paste from the upper part of the mask to the opening.
