PURPOSE: An image sensor and a driving method are provided to selectively connect a terminal within a node range to a gate terminal of a drive transistor and a drain terminal using a switching transistor. CONSTITUTION: A first switching transistor(M1) interlinks a drain terminal of a drive transistor(Dx) and an expansion node area(FD). A second switching transistor(M2) interlinks the gate terminal of the drive transistor and a second power terminal. A third switching transistor(M3) interlinks the drain terminal of the drive transistor and a first power source. In case a corresponding pixel is not lit, the first switching transistor and the second switching transistor are turned on and output the first output voltage. |
