PURPOSE: A method for fabricating metallic or metal oxide nano-particles is provided to ensure high uniformity and to be favorably used in various fields such as high-density recording medium and photonics materials. CONSTITUTION: A method for fabricating metallic or metal oxide nano-particles with high uniformity comprises the steps of: preparing a lipid material; coating the lipid material on a supporter; injecting nano particle formation materials into the lipid material coated on the supporter to form an inorganic nanoparticle/lipid composite. The lipid material exists in a liquid crystalline state at a deposition temperature.
