The apparatus has a stack mold with two outer mold flanges (16, 20) and a center flange, which are adjustable relative to each other and have respective cavities. The cavities of one of the mold flanges and the center flange form mold cavities (29, 31). The other mold flange is present adjacent to the center flange in a spraying position. The center flange has a retainer or support for a bottle case part (14). A section of the case part is taken from the cavity of the latter mold flange forming a contour plate (40). An inner surface of the plate runs adjacent to the section of the case part. An independent claim is also included for a method for injection molding of a mold part, injection of a section at another mold part and/or injection molding of a section of the latter mold part.
