PURPOSE: A novel primer set for determining Korean beef and a method for accurately and quickly determining Korean beef using the same are provided. CONSTITUTION: A primer set for determining Korean beef comprises a primer set having sequence number 22 and 23, or a primer set having complementary sequence. A method for determining Korean beef comprises: a step of collecting DNA sample from a bovine; a step of using the primer set to amplify DNA sample; and a step of analyzing amplified product and detecting gene marker.
