PURPOSE:To enable to mechanize the pressure-contacting work of sticking tape at manufacture easily, by clipping the bobbin stuck with the tape coated with adhesives and wound by the coil with the back plate and turning the plate with reciprocating it. CONSTITUTION:The bobbin 1 stuck with the tape 3 coated with the adhesives and wound by the coil, is inserted to the tool 4, and it is clipped from the both sides by moving the back plate of soft substance such as rubber from the solid line arrow, and the bobbin 1 is turned by reciprocating the plates from the dotted line arrow. In this case, the force clipping by the back plates 5 strengthens the adhesive force of the bobbin 1 and the tape 3, and the soft substance of the plates 5 uniformly presses the tape 3 over the entire circumference of the bobbin 1 to perfectly remove the air layer between the bobbin 1 and the tape 3. Thus, by mechanizing the stuck tape pressure-contacting work like this, the adhesive force and the degree of adhesiveness are increased and remarkable reduction in the working time can be made. |
