PURPOSE: An automatic excrement disposal system is provided, which can adjust height of a nozzle according to the bodily structure of a patient. CONSTITUTION: An automatic excrement disposal system comprises a control unit controlling suction of the air or supply of the cleaning water; a flow path connection part(100) in which a bidet nozzle unit including a bidet nozzle pipe is installed to be movable up and down; a mounting member(200) installed at the front of the flow path connection part to adhere closely to the buttock of a patient; and a waste receiving main body member(300) which is connected to the lower part of the mounting member and receives the waste of the patient. More than two inlet ports are formed on the top and bottom in the bidet nozzle pipe to spray cleaning water through a bidet nozzle line among a plurality of connection lines.
