METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR BILLING AN USING FEE ABOUT INTELLIGENT CONTENTS

PURPOSE: A method and a system for billing a usage fee about intelligent contents are provided to prevent the waste according to the digital charge payment. CONSTITUTION: The integrated authorization charge server(130) charges for the use of the intelligent contents offered from the contents providing server(110). A contents managing server(120) manages account data about the sell/use of the intelligent contents. A secure memory card(150) is inserted/connected to the terminal for reception(140). The secure memory card receives/ciphers the intelligent contents from the terminal for reception. A terminal(160) for the regeneration reads/reproduces the intelligent contents from the secure memory card. The terminal for the regeneration transmits the usage count information of the intelligent contents with the contents managing server.
