PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a yoke holding mechanism which is made small-sized, easily positioned and keeps holding rigidity of a magnet and a yoke at a high level. SOLUTION: A movable section of a mirror or the like for deflecting light beams, is arranged inside a magnet holder 5. A yoke 7 is adhered and fixed by abutting on a first abutting surface 5e at a first notched part 5a which is used for positioning and storing the yoke 7. Then, a magnet 6 is adhered and fixed by being positioned to a second notched part 5b, and abutted to an inside surface 7a of the yoke 7. Thus, the yoke 7 and the magnet 6 can simply be fixed to a magnet holder 5 while maintaining sufficient rigidity. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
