<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fence panel mounting structure which prevents a lower frame of a fence panel from easily come off a retainer fitting of a support, even if the fence panel is deformed in a bow shape by a wind load etc. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In this fence panel mounting structure in which the lower frame 3 of the fence panel 2 is mounted on the support 1 via the retainer fitting 4 provided on the support 1. In the retainer fitting 4, a vertical plate portion 43 rises from a bottom plate portion 42 on which the lower frame 3 is placed, and an upper portion 43 of the vertical plate portion 43 is bent obliquely upward toward the side of the support 1, so as to form a bent portion 44. The lower frame 3 can be inserted between the support 1 and the bent portion 44 from above, and an outside upper corner 35 of the lower frame 3 is locked to a bent base 45 of the bent portion 44 in the coming-off direction of the lower frame 3.
