PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor integrated circuit device which enables reduction of a short-circuit current caused by duplicate depression of key switches. SOLUTION: Segment lines SEG0,..., SEG9 connected to an LCD (liquid crystal display device) 1 are provided with analog switches. Row lines ROW0,..., ROW9 are connected to segment lines SEG0,..., SEG9 between the analog switches and the LCD 1. A plurality of key switches 5 are connected to row lines ROW0,..., ROW9 and column lines K10,..., K17. When duplicate depression with a plurality of key switches 5 is detected, impedances of analog switches of segment lines connected to the simultaneously depressed key switches 5 are controlled by a flip flop circuit.
