<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vane pump reducing manufacturing cost while reducing sliding resistance of a sliding surface in a vane. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A rotatably supported rotor 4 is provided inside of a casing 2 and a vane holding part 7 opening at a radial direction outside of a rotary shaft Ax of the rotor 4 is formed on the rotor 4.
