<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply lubricating oil of high viscosity to sliding parts, by constituting a simple mechanism in a machine for removing a dissolved refrigerant from the inside of the lubricating oil by defoaming under reduced pressure. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The fluid machine has gas releasing passages 144 and 145 for introducing a gasified and separated refrigerant to an oil separation chamber 111d from the inside of the lubricating oil by a filter 140, by gasifying the refrigerant dissolved in the lubricating oil, by arranging the filter 140 as a pressure reducing means in an oil passage 143 between an oil separator 106 and an oil storage part 101. Thus, by constituting the filter 140 and the gas releasing passages 144 and 145 in housings 121 and 131 as the simple mechanism for removing the dissolved refrigerant from the inside of the lubricating oil by defoaming under reduced pressure, the lubricating oil of high viscosity can be supplied to the sliding parts 113c, 113d and 118b.
