<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that the performance of clearing a mist from a windshield or the like is lowered due to diffusion of air flow because a corner at a cross section with a flange integrally formed at a blow opening on the instrument panel side of a defroster nozzle manufactured by blow molding, which is a conventional technology, is inevitably rounded in a manufacturing process and thermal deformation can be caused because of poor rigidity of the flange due to its thin-wall formed in the flange and a flange on the side of a heater unit in the blow molding process. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In a duct formed by the blow molding including an air ventilation body 1 and an air-blow part 1a continuing from the air ventilation body 1, the air-blow part 1a is characterized in that a bag-shaped blow opening 1f continuing from the air-blow part 1a is formed above the flange 1b, and the bag part 1f is cut out in a secondary process so as to form a blow opening therein.
