PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for stabilizing a coenzyme-binding enzyme improving the stability while keeping various functions held by the coenzyme-binding enzyme in itself: and provide a composition, an enzyme sensor and a fuel cell prepared by using the stabilization method.

SOLUTION: There are provided the method for stabilizing a coenzyme-binding enzyme by preparing a coenzyme required for the function expression of a coenzyme-binding enzyme and binding with a coenzyme-binding enzyme and adding the coenzyme to a composition containing a coenzyme-binding enzyme as a constitution component, and a stabilized coenzyme-binding enzyme composition containing the enzyme in a state stabilized by the method.
