<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set a pedal stamping position for changing musical tone control such as effect giving, to a desired position. <P>SOLUTION: In a normal mode or an extension mode, a normal load table 53 or an extension load table 54 is selected, respectively, and a half region start position Hs and an end position He are stored as an effect changing position.
