<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dielectric ceramic composition for high frequency in which the specific dielectric constant ε<SB>λ</SB>is adjustable to 8-20, a Q×fo value is large, the absolute value of the temperature coefficient "tau"<SB>f</SB>of resonant frequency fo is adjusable to ≤30 ppm/°C. <P>SOLUTION: The dielectric ceramic composition comprises tin oxide (SnO<SB>2</SB>), forsterite (Mg<SB>2</SB>SiO<SB>4</SB>), steatite(MgSiO<SB>3</SB>) and magnesium titanate (MgTi<SB>2</SB>O<SB>5</SB>) and when expressed by a composition formula of aSnO<SB>2</SB>-bMg<SB>2</SB>SiO<SB>4</SB>-cMgTi<SB>2</SB>O<SB>5</SB>-dMgSiO<SB>3</SB>, (a), (b), (c) and (d) (where a, b, c, d are expressed by mol%) are respectively in a range of 4≤a≤37, 25≤b≤92, 2≤c≤19, 2≤d≤19 and a+b+c+d=100. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
