PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To find out a new pharmacological action of a urea compound having a structure represented by general formula [I]. SOLUTION: The urea compound having the structure represented by general formula [I] (wherein, A represents a lower alkylene group or a lower alkenylene group; R<SB>1</SB>represents a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group or an alkenyl group, wherein the alkyl group and the alkenyl group may be substituted with an optional substituent; and R<SB>2</SB>and R<SB>3</SB>are each the same or different, and represent each a hydrogen atom or a lower alkyl group, in which the lower alkyl group may be substituted with a monocyclic cycloalkyl group, a polycyclic cycloalkyl group or an aryl group) or salts thereof have an excellent therapeutic action on TRPV1-mediated diseases.
