<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a titanium oxide structure that has a large surface area and can achieve an efficient movement of ions and electrons, and to develop a material useful as an active material for a dye-sensitized solar cell, and to provide a method for producing the material, and a photoelectric conversion element using the titanium oxide structure. <P>SOLUTION: The titanium oxide structure is a rod-like, tubular or fibrous titanium oxide structure comprising connected particulate titanium oxide, wherein the particulate titanium oxide has an average particle diameter of 1-200 nm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
