FIELD: manufacture of piston pumps and internal combustion engines. SUBSTANCE: given mechanism has eccentric cam of round profile formed by rolling-contact bearing and put on profile shaft, at least one frame coupled to piston moving in cylinder. Mounting surface of inner race of bearing has outline in the form of ellipse and is eccentric relative to surface of raceways. Elliptic profile of connection of bearing with shaft provides for transmission of large torque and eccentricity of mounting surface of inner race of bearing relative to surface of raceways simplifies design of mechanism.
