PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an autoanalyzer reducing an effect of the carry-over between specimens by a simple method for altering the dispensing order or respective analyzing items in one specimen, and also to provide a specimen dispensing method. SOLUTION: The autoanalyzer 1 for analyzing both of an immunological analyzing item and a biochemical analyzing item is equipped with: a dispensing order altering part 108a for altering the dispensing order of the respective analyzing items of one specimen received by an inspection order on the basis of a dispensing order set with respect to the analyzing items easy to receive the effect of the carry-over so as to dispense the respective analyzing items from the analyzing item large in a numerical value; a dispensing probe 50 for dispensing the specimen in the order of the respective analyzing items altered by the dispensing order altering part 108a; and a dispensing probe washing device 44 for washing a dispensing means after the completion of the dispensation of the respective analyzing items of one specimen.
