PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for restoring fair-faced concrete which can efficiently attain heat insulation between outdoor air and indoor air when restoring the outer surface of the fair-faced concrete of a building and also can maintain a natural design of the fair-faced concrete after the restoration. SOLUTION: In the method for restoring the fair-faced concrete for restoring the outer surface 1a of the fair-faced concrete 1, a heat insulation layer 3 contains a colored pigment high in the reflectance of near infrared rays to be rich in the heat insulation property with respect to the outer surface 1a of the fair-faced concrete 1, and similar in tone to the outer surface of the fair-faced concrete on which the heat insulation layer is formed.
