PURPOSE: A one-way permeable waterproof sheet and a waterproofing method thereof are provided to easily attach an exposure sheet by discharging steam to outside. CONSTITUTION: A first waterproof coating layer(111) is adhered on a concrete structure. A collecting layer(112) is adhered on the first waterproof coating layer. A protective layer(113) is attached on the collecting layer. An exposure sheet, in which the aging prevention is improved, is adhered on the second waterproof coating layer. A gel type waterproof material or the exposure sheet is utilized to finish an end part. The lower side of an air vent head and the connection part of the exposure sheet are sealed with waterproof silicon.
