<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular ceiling structure having a simple structure and capable of easily executing the assembly work. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the vehicular ceiling structure 1, a ceiling material 2 having a ceiling opening part 20 for sunroof and a body material 3 having a body opening part 30 for sunroof are fixed to a peripheral edge in front of the ceiling opening part 20 and the body opening part 30 by a retainer 4 arranged between the ceiling material 2 and the body material 3. The retainer 4 has a ceiling fitting part 41 for fitting the ceiling material 2 and a body fitting part 42 for fitting the body material 3. A ceiling end 23 of the ceiling material 2 provided on the peripheral edge of the ceiling opening part 20 is fitted to the ceiling fitting part 41, and a body end 33 of the body material 3 provided on the peripheral edge of the body opening part 30 is fitted to the body fitting part 42.
