PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lessen the volume of a cleaning tub and allow a cleaning media to fly without holding the cleaning media in the cleaning tub, thereby efficiently cleaning an object to be cleaned even if its surface is irregularly shaped. SOLUTION: The air in the cleaning tub 6 is suctioned from a suctioning duct 17 to generate a suctioned stream towards inside the tub 6 with the opening of a pool member 11a and the porous member 12 of a pool member 11b. The cleaned object 4 is gripped under this state with the gripping means 21 of a holding means 3, the means 3 where the object 4 is held is inserted from the opening of the member 11a, the object 4 is sent into the tub 6, an compressed air is supplied to a cleaning media accelerating nozzle 13, a stream is generated vertically and upwardly in a cleaning media flying space 9 from the nozzle 13 to allow the cleaning media 5 to fly and collide the object 4, thereby efficiently removing fouling adhered to a surface of the object 4.
