The portion of the central zone of the diffusion module presents optical lighting patterns at a level of an upper surface (203) and/or a lower surface (204) of optical decoupling elements (205) that are allowed to diffuse light rays (207) towards the reflector elements, where the reflector elements deviate light rays by diffusion, reflection and refraction, towards front of the system.
