PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing weak alkaline is provided to remove strong smell by deodorization and sterilization and have rice mineral. CONSTITUTION: A method of manufacturing weak alkaline soju of pH 7.5 comprises: a step of passing water through a tourmaline ceramic tank to obtain weak alkaline water having pH 7.5; a step of preparing soju through steaming, distilling, storing, maturing and purifying; and a step of purifying soju and passing in a tourmaline ceramic tank. |
