PURPOSE: Mortar for asphalt concrete pavement is provided to maximize aesthetic effect by paving the surface of ascon, to form various colors and patterns using at least two colors, and to impart nonslip effect while protecting a coated conductor. CONSTITUTION: Mortar for asphalt concrete pavement is prepared by mixing base material paint, hardener and cement mixture in a weight ratio of 5 : 1 : 10. The base material paint comprises epoxy-modified urethane resin 70~89.5 weight%, pigment 5~24.5 weight%, precipitation inhibitor 0.5~20 weight%, antioxidant 0.5~20 weight%, antifoaming agent 0.5~20 weight% and solvent 4~23.5 weight%. The hardener is prepared by mixing diphenyl methane diisocyante and butylacetate as a solvent in a weight ratio of 9 : 1. |
