PURPOSE: An elastic restitution member buried handle module is provided to limit the switching angular of a rallied handle axis by limiting the switching angular of the elastic restitution member. CONSTITUTION: An elastic restitution member buried handle module comprises an elastic restitution member(20), a fixed bracket(10), and a cylindrical body. The elastic restitution member comprises a torsion spring installed at the external diameter of a tubular bush. A through hole or a handle axis though path is formed on the fixed bracket. A tubular body comprises an axis hole(41) in which the handle axis passes. The torsion spring comprises a seating groove in which an end attaching part(12a) is formed. An arc slot hole(13) is formed on the floor side of a seating groove.
