PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that, when a cloth is moved in such a state as slipping on a conveying sheet on the cutting and laminating of the cloth, static elasticity due to friction is generated on the cloth, deforms the cloth, thereby being unables to convey the cloth to an accurate position. SOLUTION: The method for conveying and laminating the cloth includes winding the base ends of an upper side sheet 30 and a lower side sheet 31 which are returned at a tip roller 26, on a pair of winding rollers 34, 35, horizontally moving the tip roller to send off the upper side sheet and the lower side sheet from a pair of the winding rollers, or wind up the sheets on a pair of the winding rollers. Thus, since the cut and laminated cloth is synchronously conveyed with the upper side sheet without slipping on the upper side sheet, static electricity due to friction is hardly generated on the cloth.
