<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily and inexpensively manufacturable antivibration device equipped with a sleeve effectively preventing loosening of a pressed-in elastic bush. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The elastic bush equipped with an outer cylinder and a cylindrical elastic body joined to an inner circumference face of the outer cylinder is pressed into the rigid sleeve 2 mounted to an arm member in diameter reduction deformation of the outer cylinder, and an outer circumference face of the outer cylinder is friction-engaged with an inner circumference face of the sleeve 2. The sleeve 2 is composed of a cylindrical molded body 2a formed by bending one metal plate, and a slot 7 extending in the circumference direction and allowing local intrusion of the outer cylinder is provided on a joint portion of the metal plate of the cylindrical molded body 2a.
