<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a license lamp mounting structure having a high strength, capable of preventing a bracket from rattling when license lamp is replaced. <P>SOLUTION: In this license lamp mounting structure provided with a license lamp 8 for illuminating a license plate 6 on a rear bumper 4 and the bracket 7 formed by forming a part of the rear bumper 4 in a tongue piece and folding the part of the rear bumper 4 back toward the reverse surface which is a surface at the vehicle front side of the rear bumper 4, the license lamp 8 is installed between a base end 7a where the bracket 7 is folded and the forefront part 7b which is the end part opposite to the base end 7a, a pair of engaging parts 7c is formed in the forefront part 7b with a certain spacing reserved in the vehicle width direction, each of the engaging part 7c is furnished with an engaging hole 7d, the engaging holes 7d are arranged at outsides of the bracket 7 from both ends in the vehicle width direction of the base end 7a respectively, the rear bumper 4 is furnished with engaging pawls 5d in such a way as mating with the respective holes 7d, and the engaging holes 7d are engaged with the engaging pawls 5d. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
