<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically collect information about an item from a web document by extracting information having a relation among the item, an attribute and an attribute value based on a tag included in the web document. Ž<P>SOLUTION: An information collection device 1 is provided with an information extracting means 12 extracting the information of a table form or a database form based on the tag included in the web document from the web document accessible via a communication network N, and an attribute relation extracting means 13 for extracting information having the relation between the attribute with a relation subordinate to a prescribed item and an attribute value indicating a content of the attribute based on a subordinate relation between pieces of information indicated by the tag from the extracted information of table form or the database form, and for storing the information having the relation among the extracted item, the attribute and the attribute value, while being correlated with each other into a storage means.
