RETREAT TRAVEL CONTROLLER OF HYBRID VEHICLE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress an input shaft from becoming unusable by being damaged seriously due to resonance when one-phase or two-phases of a motor-generator are short-circuited and failed and a second driving source is used to travel for retreat in a three-phase short-circuited state, by short-circuiting the remaining phase to make a three-phase short-circuited state.

SOLUTION: A retreat travel controller of a hybrid vehicle includes a retreat travel restricting means 110 for restricting retreat travel on the basis of a history of damage occurring to an input shaft 24 due to resonance during retreat travel. Since determination in Step S2 becomes YES (affirmative) during retreat travel at the second time or thereafter, and a vehicle velocity V is restricted in Step S4 so as to prevent the shaft 24 from being resonated, it is suppressed that the input shaft 24 becomes unusable (fatigue life) by being damaged seriously due to the resonance during retreat travel in Step S5.
