PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin aqueous cataplasm material which retains a moisture-protecting effect on the skin and is excellent in the use. SOLUTION: The thin aqueous cataplasm material comprises a support and an adhesive layer laminated thereon, wherein the support is produced by heat-fusing a plastic resin having both soft and hard parts on a fiber including a plastic having both soft and hard parts in the thickness range of 7-70 μm. The adhesive layer includes water, a moisturizer, a polyacrylic acid and/or its salts, a cellulosic, a sparingly soluble metal salt and a pH regulator as constituents, and preferably has a pH of 4-6. The support preferably comprises a fiber film made by heat-fusing a plastic resin having both soft and hard parts selected from a polyamide elastomer and a polyester elastomer to a fiver which comprises a plastic resin having both soft and hard parts selected from a polyamide elastomer and a polyester elastomer.
