PURPOSE: A generating apparatus using animal and wind is provided to selectively use animal or/and wind as source, thereby improving work efficiency and suppressing environmental pollution. CONSTITUTION: A generating apparatus using animal and wind comprises a shaft(14), a blade(50), an accelerator(20), a generator(30), a supporting part(44), and a rolling part. The shaft is coupled with a rotary shaft(12) on one end and extended lengthwise so that the other end is connected to animal. The blade is fixed to the shaft on the bottom and supported with an upper support structure. The accelerator is connected to the rotary shaft via an input shaft(22), and accelerates the rotating speed of the input shaft and transmits it to an output shaft(24). The generator is connected to the output shaft and turns the rotational motion into electrical energy. The supporting part is arranged under the shaft. The rolling part is installed beneath the shaft and moves on the supporting part.
