PURPOSE: A broadband radio frequency signal down conversion device in a broadband wireless communications system is provided to secure low power and high linearity and convert broadband RF signal into difference signal simply. CONSTITUTION: A common source mode varistor(171) controls impedance according to differential RF(Radio Frequency) signal inputted from a differential input generator. A frequency conversion unit(173) is connected between a variable resistance unit and virtual high potential and down-converts the RF signal according to differential local signal. The load is installed between the virtual high potential and high potential. The current signal is changed into voltage.
