PURPOSE: A low pressure injection molding machine is provided to keep the dimensional accuracy after injection molding by finishing the cooling within short time through the foaming using the supercritical gas. CONSTITUTION: A low pressure injection molding machine is composed of an injection molding unit(110), a shaping unit(120), a mold(130), a hydraulic cylinder(140), and a robot arm(150). The injection molding unit discharges the mixture through an injection molding cylinder(115) by injecting the supercritical gas to the resin. The shaping unit supplies a base for installing a hot mold(118) and the mold. The mold is composed of upper and lower molds(131,132). The upper mold is fixed to the shaping unit. The lower mold moves up and down. The hydraulic cylinder moves a middle plate(122) of the shaping unit up and down. The robot arm automatically takes out the product from the mold.
