<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pattern-printed coating film which can give clear and uniform picture quality efficiently even when there is unevenness on the surface to be printed of a building material board and can also express an uneven feel which can not be expressed by the conventional printing method and to provide an aqueous, particulate substance fixative. <P>SOLUTION: The pattern-printed coating film formed on a building material board is composed of: an aqueous base coating film; a film of an aqueous, particulate substance fixative; a particulate printed pattern fixed by the film of the aqueous, particulate substance fixative; and an aqueous clear coating film. The film of the aqueous, particulate substance fixative is a coating film obtained by coating with an aqueous, particulate substance fixative in 20-160 g/m<SP>2</SP>in terms of the coating amount of the coating liquid. The thixotropy index of the aqueous, particulate substance fixative is 1.5-10, and the hardness of the film-forming resin contained in the film of the aqueous, particulate substance fixative is F or lower than F in terms of pencil hardness at 10°C. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
