<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interior trim structure of a vehicle capable of reducing stress applied to a pillar trim while making tension act in the vehicle longitudinal direction on the relatively low side of a curtain member when unfolding the curtain member, capable of properly moving the pillar trim corresponding to a second pillar when unfolding the curtain member, and capable of surely transferring a connecting part in a state of extending in the vehicle longitudinal direction by sufficiently separating the pillar trim from the second pillar. <P>SOLUTION: A lower end part of a part 23b covering the second pillar 5 of the pillar trim 23 is fixed to and supported by an instrument panel 26, and one side in the longitudinal direction of the curtain member 11 in an unfolding state is connected by a tether 13 to an intermediate position in the height direction separated from a lower end part of the second pillar 5.
