PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform suitable temperature control in a room equipped with devices.

SOLUTION: This control device controls air-conditioning for a room including a rack loaded with a plurality of devices respectively adapted to suck the outside air and cool the interior. The control device includes: a storage part for storing the operating information showing that it is abnormal when the respective devices become inoperative and that it is not abnormal even when in the inoperative state; a temperature measuring part for measuring the temperature of the air sucked by the respective devices; a detecting part for measuring the wind velocity of the air sucked by the respective devices; and a control part for controlling air-conditioning based on the measurement results on the temperature of the air sucked by the plurality of the devices or the wind velocity.
