<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein threshold correction operation is not performed normally, in an organic electroluminescent display apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: Threshold correction processing is repeatedly performed a plurality of times even in an offset potential Vofs period, at least in one threshold correction processing period in 1H-unit splitting threshold correction processing. Since a sampling transistor 125 is turned off, in an interval period between each threshold correction operation of the threshold correction splitting processing within 1H, a source potential Vs_121 rises, while a voltage Vgs between a gate and a source is fixed. Since the voltage Vgs_121 between the gate and the source is larger and a current flows more, when the threshold correction splitting processing within 1H is applied, than when the threshold correction is performed in the same period, when the threshold correction splitting processing within 1H is not applied, the speed of threshold correction operation itself becomes higher, when the threshold correction splitting processing within 1H is applied, than when the threshold correction splitting processing within 1H is not applied, the threshold correction operation can be performed normally. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
