摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wattmeter for accurately obtaining a watt-hour value even if a dead time exists between a j-th measurement interval and a (j+1)-th measurement interval. <P>SOLUTION: A voltage signal, a current signal and their digital data of a to-be-measured object are obtained at each measurement interval. The wattmeter is improved so as to obtain the watt-hour value at a plurality of the measurement intervals. The apparatus includes: an electric power quantity calculating means for obtaining an instant power value from the digital data measured at the measurement interval, and obtaining the electric power quantity; a correction means for obtaining the electric power quantity within the dead time by using at least the instant power value finally obtained at the measurement interval and the instance power value initially obtained at next measurement interval; and a watt-hour calculating means for obtaining the watt-hour value at a plurality of the measurement intervals from the electric power quantity obtained by the electric power quantity calculating means and the electric power quantity obtained by the correction means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
