<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a facsimile device and a facsimile distribution method reducing erroneous distribution by improving accuracy of distribution distributions. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Transmission address information, distribution destination address information and keyword information representing the content of image data are extracted from a reception image; the distribution address information and address information of which the reception the distribution address permits are stored by relating them to each other; and, when the distribution destination address information with the extracted distribution destination address information and transmission destination address information stored therein, and the address information of which the reception the distribution destination address permits coincide with each other, the distribution destination address is determined as a distribution destination.
